Location: Milwaukee, WI

This position is at a residential real estate startup headquartered in downtown Milwaukee. The team is tight knit were everyone is a jack of all trades. They have clients in 35 states and are continuing to grow. They are looking for dedicated team players highly motivated to succeed!

Description

As a member of our Market Development team, you’ll be in charge of both assisting in new market launches, on-boarding new customers, and continuing to strengthen existing customer relationships. You’ll work directly with the COO and CEO in this position to ensure that each market is being penetrated. Your average day will consist of 30-50 calls with current customers and prospects, with about 30-40% of your time being travel to your assigned towns. We will work with you to create goals that you’ll be fully capable of exceeding, but will drive you to reach levels of success you have always dreamed of achieving. If you can’t stand the thought of losing, this position is meant for you.

Duties

  • Work with current customer base to ensure maximum customer retention

  • Check in on current customers consistently and manage monthly review process with customers on east coast

  • Cold call prospects that have not previously worked with us to drive new business opportunities

  • Meet with prospects to negotiate and close new business

  • Utilize inside sales team to maximize productivity in the field, seeing as many customers and prospects as possible

  • Manage invoicing and contracts for customers in your markets; including A/R

  • Take personal responsibility for the success and growth of the markets assigned to you, treating this as developing your own company that represents this portion of the business

  • Weekly calls with senior management to discuss progress
